At Redbourn Golf Club, we’re not your traditional golf club. We’re ambitious, busy, welcoming and committed to providing an outstanding experience for our members, visitors and local community.

We’re looking for a Greenkeeper to join our Course Team and help us maintain and continually improve one of the most important parts of the club — our golf course.

Who are we looking for?

Previous greenkeeping experience would be beneficial, although we’re also interested in people who are passionate about working outdoors and want to develop a career in turf management.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who:

Collaborates – You understand that great courses are created by great teams. You’ll work closely with your colleagues and other departments across the club.

Brings fun – Greenkeeping can be hard work, but it should be enjoyable too. We want people who bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of the team.

Builds trust – You’re reliable, take responsibility for your work and can be trusted to get the job done properly.
