Role Overview

As a Driving Range F&B Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for members and guests. Working as part of a dynamic team, you’ll combine food & beverage service with front-of-house engagement on the driving range, ensuring every visit is enjoyable, efficient, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service from the kiosk and driving range bays
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share ideas with the team
• Support the delivery of promotions, events, and competitions on the driving range
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels across all service areas
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a willingness to learn and develop
