Are you passionate about golf and ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a motivated and professional Golf Services Supervisor to join our team at Redbourn Golf Club and help deliver exceptional service and smooth day-to-day running of our golf operations.

About the Role:

As Golf Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in the success of our golf department supporting the Golf Operations Manager, leading the team in their absence, and ensuring members and guests enjoy a first-class golfing experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

-            Driving retail sales and promoting all aspects of the golf shop

-            Delivering custom fittings and providing expert product knowledge

-            Supervising the team and ensuring high operational standards when the Manager is away

-            Running the junior section, inspiring the next generation of golfers

-            Checking in golfers and ensuring smooth flow on and off the course

-            Overseeing stock management and shop presentation

-            Assisting with handicaps, club competitions, and golf administration

-            Helping to organise and deliver events, brand demo days, and golf days

-            Maintaining a high standard of service across all golf operations

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the game, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys interacting with golfers of all levels.

Essential requirements:

-            Minimum 3 years’ experience in the golf industry

-            Proven experience in custom fitting

-            Previous supervisory or leadership experience

-            Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills

-            A proactive attitude and passion for growing the game
