The Role

As a Team Member at Ninja Warrior Sheffield, you’ll help deliver an amazing experience for every customer. From welcoming guests at reception and marshalling the Ninja course to supporting our Food & Beverage operation, you’ll play a key role in keeping the venue safe, welcoming and fun.

Every day will be different, so we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, flexible and ready to get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable experiences.
• Support reception operations, including welcoming customers, checking bookings, answering queries and assisting with customer check-in.
• Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for visitors.
• Marshall the Ninja course and ensure customers follow all safety rules.
• Provide clear instructions, encouragement and support to customers.
• Support Food & Beverage operations, including food preparation and service.
• Maintain high standards of Health, Safety, Food Hygiene and cleanliness.
• Support parties, events and catered activities.
• Assist with venue operations, stock and equipment.
• Follow company policies, procedures and financial controls.
• Work positively with colleagues to create a great team environment.
• Complete all required training and maintain compliance with company standards.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience working as part of a team.
• Food & Beverage experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good organisation and time management.
• A positive “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Desirable

• Experience in leisure, hospitality, reception, entertainment or a similar environment.
• Good GCSE educational standard.

A driving licence is essential.The successful candidate will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Check.
