We’re looking for an enthusiastic and talented Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and play a key role in taking our food offering to the next level.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves food, enjoys working as part of a team and wants the freedom to bring ideas to the table.

Working closely with our Head Chef, you’ll help lead the kitchen team and deliver consistently high-quality food across our clubhouse, events and growing food and beverage operation.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, creative and genuinely passionate about food.

You’ll ideally have previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef within a busy kitchen environment and be confident leading a team.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who:
