As a supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the action — overseeing our ninja courses, giant inflatables, birthday parties, and private events. You’ll support and guide our team to deliver safe, exciting, and high-quality experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Role Details
- Job Title: Supervisor
- Reports to: Assistant General Manager / Duty Manager
- Responsible for: Team Members & Team Leaders on site
- Hours: 32 hours per week
Purpose of the Role
- To oversee daily operations and ensure the site provides a safe, high-quality, and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Team Leaders and Team Members across all departments.
- Take full operational responsibility when senior managers are not present.
- Open and close the site, including security checks, compliance tasks, and setting alarms.
- Organise staff cover for absences and ensure the site is appropriately staffed.
- Oversee smooth delivery of all sessions, events, and birthday parties.
- Maintain safety standards by conducting checks, organising safety briefings, and monitoring health & safety compliance.
- Ensure the site is kept clean, safe, and well-presented at all times.
- Manage stock levels, storage, rotation, and reporting of any defects or maintenance issues.
- Support team communication, give feedback, and conduct regular 1-2-1s.
- Deliver excellent customer service, offering guidance and demonstrations when needed.
- Promote teamwork, uphold company standards, and ensure policies are followed.
- Complete any other tasks reasonably requested by the management team.
