Role Details

 

  • Job Title: Supervisor
  • Reports to: Assistant General Manager / Duty Manager
  • Responsible for: Team Members & Team Leaders on site
  • Hours: 32 hours per week

 

Purpose of the Role

 

  • To oversee daily operations and ensure the site provides a safe, high-quality, and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise and support Team Leaders and Team Members across all departments.
  • Take full operational responsibility when senior managers are not present.
  • Open and close the site, including security checks, compliance tasks, and setting alarms.
  • Organise staff cover for absences and ensure the site is appropriately staffed.
  • Oversee smooth delivery of all sessions, events, and birthday parties.
  • Maintain safety standards by conducting checks, organising safety briefings, and monitoring health & safety compliance.
  • Ensure the site is kept clean, safe, and well-presented at all times.
  • Manage stock levels, storage, rotation, and reporting of any defects or maintenance issues.
  • Support team communication, give feedback, and conduct regular 1-2-1s.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, offering guidance and demonstrations when needed.
  • Promote teamwork, uphold company standards, and ensure policies are followed.
  • Complete any other tasks reasonably requested by the management team.
