What You'll Be Doing

Creating unforgettable guest experiences

• Deliver brilliant service with enthusiasm and personality.
• Help every customer feel welcomed, valued and ready for a great time.
• Go the extra mile to turn a good visit into a memorable one.

Keeping the fun flowing

• Monitor activities and ensure guests follow venue rules safely.
• Help maintain a smooth experience by keeping games moving and queues manageable.
• Champion health and safety at all times.

Serving up great food and drinks

• Prepare and serve food to our quality standards.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean, organised and stocked.
• Support catered events, parties and special bookings.

Being a fantastic teammate

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the venue.
• Support team success through positivity, flexibility and communication.
• Complete training and continuously develop your skills.

Supporting venue success

• Handle transactions responsibly.
• Promote products, activities, food and drinks to maximise the guest experience.
• Follow company processes and procedures to maintain high standards.

Ready to bring the fun?

This is a part-time position that offers flexibility while supporting our busiest and most exciting trading periods. The role is primarily focused on:

• Evening shifts during the week
• Weekend availability, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Increased hours and availability during school holidays and peak trading periods
• Flexibility to support special events, parties and venue activities when required
