Manager-In-Training (MIT) Programme

Our MIT programme is a structured, 2-year development programme within our Golf division, designed to equip aspiring leaders with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to effectively manage teams in the golf division. Participants undergo a blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and formal education, covering areas such as leadership, financial management, and strategic planning. It aims to build a strong foundation in our company culture, operational processes, and decision-making abilities, preparing trainees for future general management roles.

Step-Up to General Manager

If you have ever wondered what it takes to lead a team and run your own venue, our Step-Up to GM programme is the perfect opportunity within our adventure and ninja leisure divisions! Designed for ambitious team members, this programme helps you build the skills and experience you need to take the next big step in your career. You will get hands-on experience in all areas of operations, from managing teams and financials to creating unforgettable guest experiences. Along the way, you will be mentored by some of our best GMs, so you will learn from the pros while preparing for a leadership role.

The programme is tailored to help you grow at your own pace, with plenty of support and real-world challenges to sharpen your skills. Whether you are managing events, handling budgets, or leading staff, you will be exposed to everything that goes into running a successful venue. By the time you finish, you will be ready to step confidently into a General Manager role and make a big impact on our company. F&B isn't just about serving food or making drinks; it's about mastering customer service, honing your culinary or bar work skills, and developing leadership abilities. Greenkeeping:

If you are someone who enjoys working with your hands, being part of a team, working outside, and making a positive impact on the environment, greenkeeping might be the perfect next step for you. Greenkeeping at one of our 10 prestigious golf clubs offers a rewarding career where you get to care for beautiful landscapes and be part of creating pristine playing surfaces. Whether you are just starting out or already have some experience with groundskeeping or horticulture, our greenkeeping development pathway is full of opportunities to grow your skills. As you progress, you will learn about turf management, irrigation systems, and the science behind maintaining healthy, world-class greens.

Starting as an Apprentice or Assistant, you can work your way up to becoming a Head Greenkeeper or Course Manager, overseeing teams and shaping the overall look and feel of the course. There are also specialised training programmes and certifications that we will support you through to help you develop your expertise.
