Our MIT programme is a structured, 2-year development programme within our Golf division, designed to equip aspiring leaders with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to effectively manage teams in the golf division. Participants undergo a blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and formal education, covering areas such as leadership, financial management, and strategic planning.
