We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Golf Professional to join the team at Hoebridge Golf Centre and help deliver an outstanding experience for our members and guests.

Working alongside the Head Professional, you’ll help make Hoebridge the go-to family golf destination in the area — combining brilliant coaching, excellent service, and a pro shop that golfers love to visit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coaching & Player Development

• Deliver individual and group golf lessons to players of all abilities (subject to qualifications).

• Support junior and beginner coaching programmes and inspire the next generation of golfers.

• Help promote and deliver academy programmes and custom club fittings.

Pro Shop & Golf Operations

• Be a friendly, visible presence in the Pro Shop, welcoming members and guests.

• Assist with golf bookings, tee sheet management, and customer enquiries.

• Help golfers choose the right gear and actively promote retail products.

• Maintain excellent product knowledge and support stock management and merchandising.

• Ensure the shop always looks professional, organised, and inviting.

Course & Equipment Support

• Assist with buggy and trolley fleet management.

• Carry out club repairs and custom fittings.

• Support opening and closing procedures during shifts.
