We’re on the lookout for a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join our brilliant Food & Beverage team and help us deliver exceptional food across our clubhouse menu, events, weddings, functions and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping run a smooth, efficient kitchen delivering delicious, well-presented dishes
• Preparing and cooking menu items to our quality standards
• Making sure every plate looks as good as it tastes
• Keeping your section organised, clean, and audit-ready
• Following recipes and ensuring timely service
• Supporting with functions: golf groups, weddings, parties, meetings — you name it!
• Maintaining top-tier food safety and hygiene standards
• Looking after kitchen equipment, stock and F&B assets
• Being a team player who communicates, collaborates, and works with pride

How Success Is Measured

Because we care about quality (and we like to celebrate wins!), you’ll be measured on:

• Customer satisfaction (NPS)
• Audit performance
• Feedback from the Head Chef, F&B Manager, and General Manager
• Personal objectives and contribution to the team
