About the role

To help and encourage customers to have a fun experience, while observing safe sensible behaviour.

To assist in serving Customers at reception or Café as required

Major Objectives:

  • Marshall the customers on Ninja Course
  • Continuously monitor Health and Safety
  • Demonstrate excellence in Customer Service
  • Provide guidance to customers and demonstrate techniques if required
  • Watch out for misbehaviour and clamp down
  • Contribute to the smooth running of parties in co-ordination with caterer
  • Serve on reception desk as required
  • Take and check in bookings following health and safety rules- safety brief video and waivers signed and attached before banding.
  • Answer telephone and make sales calls
  • Take card payments
  • Provide excellence in customer relations giving guidance and support
  • Sell branded items at reception
  • Issue coloured wrist bands
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout day
  • Assist in cleaning at end of the day including vacuuming park and cleaning wash rooms

Note: This job description is intended to outline the objectives and duties involved in the role but we are a small organisation and all staff are expected to pitch in where necessary 

 

Relationships

  • Work closely with other Marshalls, Receptionists and Café Assistants engendering a close team working ethic.
  • Work closely with Supervisors and Management in meeting objectives

Full Training will be given in all aspects of your role prior to you working alone.
