At Hoebridge, we’re on the lookout for a Ball Collector to help keep our driving range running smoothly and looking great for our members and guests. You’ll be a key part of what makes us the area’s go-to family-friendly golf and leisure destination.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Collecting golf balls from the range outfield using our RTV Kubota with ball-picking attachment

• Running balls through the washer and return system (clean balls = happy golfers)

• Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly checks and maintenance on equipment

• Using your initiative to hunt down balls in those hard-to-reach spots

• Keeping the ball machine area tidy and organised

• Making sure the range is fully stocked with balls before you finish your shift

• Working closely with the Course Manager and Driving Range team to keep everything flowing

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You’ll shine in this role if:

• Members and guests leave happy (hello, great Net Promoter Scores)

• Managers know they can rely on you

• The driving range is always stocked, clean, and ready to go

THE REALITY CHECK

• This is an outdoor role, so you’ll be working in all kinds of weather

• You’ll be on your feet, and working outside most of the shift (Perfect if you prefer fresh air over four walls!)
