Driving Range Experience Manager

Love golf, people, and/or great experiences? We’re looking for an energetic, driven leader to take charge of our 24-bay TrackMan Driving Range and help us deliver an outstanding customer experience — every swing, every visit.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing, friendly team while driving revenue, innovation, and unforgettable experiences across the range.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and managing a successful team

• Driving bay sales and food & beverage revenue

• Owning all aspects of HR and people management

  • Championing the customer experience from arrival to last ball

• Bringing fresh ideas to increase engagement, footfall, and revenue

About You

• A natural leader with previous management experience

• Commercially minded and results driven

• Passionate about customer service and hospitality

• Innovative thinker with ideas that turn into action

• Golf experience is a bonus — enthusiasm is essential

Package

• £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience) + Annual Bonus

• Start date: March 2026
