Job Title: Food & Beverage Host – Driving Range
Location: Wycombe Heights Golf Centre, Loudwater
Hours: 18 hours per week (Evenings & Weekends Required)
Reports To: Driving Range Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage (F&B) Driving Range Host to join our team at our busy, modern driving range. In this role, you’ll be the face of our F&B service—delivering a high standard of hospitality across our bays, pushing food and drink sales, and ensuring guests enjoy a great experience.
This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about service and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide bay-side food and drink service to driving range guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
Promote and upsell food and beverage offerings to increase sales.
Prepare and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and simple food items in line with hygiene and safety standards.
Keep service areas, bays, and the bar clean, stocked, and presentable at all times.
Process customer orders using the till/point-of-sale system.
Assist with setting up and closing down F&B areas during opening and closing shifts.
Handle customer queries and feedback with a professional and positive attitude.
Work closely with the rest of the driving range team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or food service preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Confidence in upselling and working proactively to promote F&B offerings.
Ability to work weekends and evenings is essential.
A positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety.
