Are you bursting with energy and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for an Events Supervisor to join our vibrant team in running our Events, Parties, Meetings and Golf Days.

 

Don’t worry - you don't need to know a thing about golf. What matters the most is your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. With a Function space for up to 120 guests and a busy bar & restaurant, the Events Supervisor position offers a brilliant opportunity to work across multiple events, interacting with lots of different guests, with no 2 days being the same.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver outstanding service and work within a team to ensure all of our guests have a fantastic experience
  • Supervise and run our events including Parties, Wakes, Meetings, Members Events and Golf Days
  • Open and close the Food and Beverage Department with professionalism and care
  • Uphold and enforce BGL’s company policies and procedures, including food hygiene, alcohol service, stock control, and health & safety
  • Keep Clubhouse facilities spotless, welcoming, and in top condition
  • Collaborate with your team to quickly resolve any operational issues
  • Report any maintenance concerns promptly
  • Take on any additional duties as requested by management

 

About you:

  • Over 18 years of age (essential due to the sale of alcohol)
  • Able to work weekends and evenings
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a proactive mindset
  • A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Team player who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
