What You’ll Be Doing

Supervising the Team

• Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager to drive all aspects of our restaurant, bar, events and functions.

• Inspiring and developing a team of hospitality assistants.

• Creating a culture where people feel motivated, challenged and proud to deliver brilliant service.

Running the Floor

• Overseeing the daily clubhouse operation — from casual dining to weddings and golf society events.

• Making sure every member and guest receives a warm welcome and consistently high standards.

• Reviewing event bookings and ensuring everything is perfectly prepped.

• Keeping operations spotless, safe and audit-ready.

• Managing opening/closing procedures (yes, including cashing up and locking up like a pro).

• Staying visible on the floor — building relationships with members and guests.

• Ensuring every plate, drink and interaction meets our high standards.

• Maximising revenue through smart upselling and promotions
