Redbourn Golf Club, part of the award-winning Burhill Group Limited (BGL), is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated PGA Assistant Professional to join our dynamic team.

**About the Role:**This is a fantastic opportunity for a PGA Trainee or Assistant Professional to gain hands-on experience in both the retail and coaching aspects of the golf industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail (Approx. 20 hours per week):

• Support our large, busy retail operation

• Deliver outstanding customer service

• Advise on and sell industry-leading products and equipment

• Earn commission on retail sales

Coaching & Development:

• Deliver individual and group coaching sessions

• Use our state-of-the-art TrackMan Range for lessons and custom fittings

• Coach on our short game area, academy short course, and main course

• Build a client base in a supportive, forward-thinking environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered PGA Trainee or qualified PGA Assistant

• Friendly, professional, and approachable

• Passionate about coaching and helping golfers improve

• Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus

• Self-motivated with a team-first attitude
