Hoebridge Golf Centre is looking to recruit engaged, fun-loving individuals to help run our Pirate Golf Course.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, work well within a team, and love delivering fantastic customer service. You'll be greeting our customers on arrival and checking them in at our Pirate Golf Kiosk.

You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as these are our core hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain positive and effective relationships with members and guests through an active presence in the restaurant and events areas, ensuring all customers and members receive a warm welcome and consistent high standard of service.
• Greets customers utilising names where possible.  Offers customers the menu and informs them of specials and menu changes, making suggestions, and answering questions regarding food, beverages, and service.
• Assist in the care and maintenance of all assets, inventory, and resources of the Adventure Golf department
• Completes opening and closing procedures as per shift.
• Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are complied with at all times
