POSITION:                      ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER                                                  

SALARY:                         £33,000

We are rapidly expanding and have ambitious plans to develop our current offering of crazy golf, electro darts, shuffleboards, pool, assault courses and additional leisure. Mr Mulligans Birmingham is a an activity entertainment venue with , 3 exciting 12 -hole crazy golf courses. The venue also has , Electro-darts , American Pool and Virtual Reality and a family friendly bar area. Mr Mulligans serves a variety of hot food including pizzas, Burgers, nachos and much more.

 

What will you do?

The role of overseeing Mr Mulligans in Birmingham is a fantastic opportunity filled with challenges and rewards. The Assistant General Manager is entrusted with the task of not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations, driving revenue through strategic upselling, and fostering the growth and retention of the Birmingham team members. With a keen focus on safeguarding the long-term success of the Mr Mulligans brand, the Assistant General Manager must demonstrate unwavering determination and laser-sharp focus in guiding Adventure Leisure to new heights. By ensuring that Mr Mulligans Birmingham stands out as the ultimate family-centric leisure destination in the surrounding area, the Assistant General Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable experiences for visitors.

 

Experience you MUST have.

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Duty Manager or Deputy Manager (essential)
  • Operational site management experience is essential
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills are essential
  • P&L Financial experience is desirable
  • Experience of Sales and Marketing is desirable
