We are seeking a manager to lead and motivate a dynamic team of individuals, create a welcoming atmosphere, provide exceptional service and ensure all guests have a positive experience. The Shropshire Driving Range houses 28 state of the art bays equipped with Trackman technology, fun atmosphere for both serious golfers and casual visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

*         Be the face of the Driving Range

*         Deliver exceptional customer service and presentation standards

*         Lead & motivate the team with a professional but fun approach 

*         Manage bookings, guest experiences, and team performance

*         Drive food & beverage revenue on-site

*         Work closely with the General Manager to drive performance and new ideas
