From welcoming members in the restaurant to helping deliver memorable events and functions, you’ll play a key role in creating fantastic experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Food & Beverage team, no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in everything from daily restaurant service to supporting exciting events and private functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm welcome and excellent service to members and guests

• Taking food and drink orders, sharing menu recommendations and daily specials

• Serving food, drinks, coffees and alcoholic beverages in line with company standards

• Supporting the delivery of events, parties, golf days and private functions

• Prepare and set up for events and functions

• Helping set up and reset event spaces to ensure everything runs smoothly

• Upselling menu items such as desserts, drinks and starters

• Ensuring orders are accurate, well-presented and delivered promptly

• Maintaining clean, organised and well-stocked service areas

• Completing opening, closing and daily service tasks

• Working closely with the team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
