• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and meets the high standards of the business

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness to our 5-star standards

• Manage deliveries and stock rotation

• Always work cleanly and responsibly

Requirements:

• Good understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment

• Familiarity with industry best practices

• Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
