SALES CO-ORDINATOR - MULLIGANS - GUILDFORD
SALARY: £13.20 Per Hour, plus performance related bonus,
HOURS: Part time, 24 hours pw plus potential overtime

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone who is an excellent people person, someone who is willing to go the extra mile, to build relationships with customers, both past and present and be able to host the greatest events in our power!
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales
- Conduct proactive sales calls to prospective clients and manage follow-ups.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service and converting leads into sales.
- Outbound B2B sales, generating and nurturing relationships with businesses and previous customers
Campaign Support
- Develop and execute effective promotional campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that boosts engagement and drives conversions.
- Support other marketing activities such as email campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Organise and host pop-up and in house events. Working with the management team to implement project ideas
Reporting & Insight
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
Analyse sales and marketing data to optimize campaign effectiveness and identify new opportunities.
Perform relevant duties as required by your line manager and Senior Management Team
KEY EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Experience
- Proven experience in sales and marketing is essential
- Hospitality and Leisure sector experience is desirable
Skills
- Good communication skills: Verbal, Written and Listening.
- Excellent time management skills: Be able to handle multiple tasks effectively whilst prioritising high-impact activities
- Problem solving and decision-making skills (pragmatic)
- Strong Planning skills

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
Good GCSE educational standard.
Marketing Related Degree desired but not essential
Driving license is desirable
The post holder may be required to complete a Basic/Standard/Enhanced/Enhanced with Barred DBS Check to carry out the role.
